The PFQ series of powerful vortex impact crushers is a highly efficient crushing equipment, suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing operations of various materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 250MPa.
The working principle Of Stone crusher machine
This machine is mainly composed of the vortex crushing chamber and the P section crushing area formed by the upper frame (left and right), the lower frame, the rotor section, the first adjustment section (S crushing section), the second adjustment section (T crushing section) and the transmission section.
The motor is driven by a V-belt to rotate the rotor at high speed. Materials enter the crusher cavity from the feeding port and are struck by the high-speed rotating rotor plate hammers. After being impacted by the toothed impact plate at the top of the vortex crushing cavity, they rebound and fall freely, constantly colliding and crushing with the materials that are subsequently impacted upwards. The huge pressure and bending force generated by the thick-toothed plate and the plate hammer at the top of the P crushing chamber cause the large pieces and materials that are not fully crushed. Even the materials that are very difficult to crush can be roughly crushed and enter the next S crushing chamber.
The gap between the toothed liner in the S crushing chamber and the rotor hammer plate is relatively small. The material is subjected to friction, impact, breakage and compression here to obtain medium crushing and then enters the T crushing chamber for fine crushing.
The gap between the toothed liner plate of the T crushing chamber and the rotor hammer plate is smaller. The material is further crushed by friction, impact, breakage and compression, and then discharged outside the machine.
The gap between the toothed liners of the S and T crushing chambers and the rotor hammer plates can be adjusted according to the user's requirements for the particle size of different materials. The T-shaped crushing chamber is equipped with an elastic device. When unbreakable materials enter the T-shaped crushing chamber, the elastic device has a retracting and buffering effect, increasing the size of the discharge port and allowing the unbreakable materials to be discharged outside the machine. When the unbreakable material is discharged, under the elastic effect, the discharge port returns to its original size.
